Grandis Park Sports Pavilion in Banksia Grove was officially opened along with the adjacent Banksia Grove Skate Park by City of Wanneroo Mayor Tracey Roberts JP and Counsellors on Saturday 27th of October 2018. Grandis Park Sports Pavilion includes much-needed change rooms, function hall, kiosk, kitchen, storage, first aid room, and universal access toilet. SITE was engaged for phase one the project to present a concept design and development plan to the City of Wanneroo. SITE Directors Stephen Hart, Paul Edwards, and Senior Interior Architect Naomi McCabe attended the Official Hale Junior School Opening on Friday the 2nd November 2018. The opening knowledged the school’s history with 1961 School Caption Warren Lilleyman handing Education Minister Sue Ellery the original scissors used to cut the ribbon at the school opening in 1961 in Wembley Downs. SITE Architecture Studio worked with Hale School to develop solutions that would support the implementation of the pedagogy of ‘Prepare, Teach and Connect’ for the new Junior School Buildings.
