SITE is excited that construction is commencing for Perth Modern School’s new Multipurpose Auditorium to be constructed by PS Structures. The flexible 700 seat Auditorium is designed with exceptional acoustics, seating configuration and amenity to achieve best practice Music and Theatrical performance as well as catering for school assembly, general learning, lectures, and exam functions. This is a significant project for the Heritage campus and one that will reinforce Perth Modern’s reputation as an exemplar state school.

Ballajura Place Hub
SITE were engaged in Mid 2017 by the City of Swan to design, document and administer the Construction Contract for a major upgrade and additions to the existing 1990’s Ballajura Library. The project objectives were to provide a Place Hub where more of the City’s community services could be delivered and to improve the integration of the Library, Community Centre, adjacent Youth Hub, and Aquatic Centre. Theatre Precinct Feasibility – Curtin University
In July 2019, SITE were engaged by Curtin University to undertake a feasibility study for the upgrade of the existing Tim Winton and Elizabeth Jolley Theatre Precinct. The purpose of the feasibility was to determine the suitability of the current facilities to be upgraded to host industry events and for enhanced teaching and learning.
