The redevelopment includes facilities for WA Wildlife (formally Native Arc), Wetlands Education Centre, new Nursery, new scouts shed for the Bibra Lake Scout Group, extensive landscaping, and Wetlands.

Eaton Community College’s – New Science Building received a commendation for education architecture and the Colorbond Award for Steel Architecture. Beechboro Community Hub’s success at the Parks & Leisure Association Awards WA
We are pleased to share that our major Refurbishment to the Swan Active Beechboro (formerly Altone Place Leisure Centre) won Community Facility of the Year at the Parks and Leisure Association 2021 – WA Awards.
