A call out for a recently Registered or experienced Graduate Architect to join our team at SITE.

SITE Architecture Studio is an established architecture and design practice based on Whadjuk Noongar Country (Perth), WA. Our focus is on providing unique design responses for public and private clients through a collaborative process of research and inquiry. We have a project experience across most sectors yet have a strong focus on creating inspiring and enriching community projects for Local Government and education clients. The Position
With our increasing success in the government and private education sector, we are seeking to expand our Perth based team with an experienced Graduate of Architecture or a recently registered Architect. This is a full-time on-site role with SITE Architecture Studio. You will be responsible for day-to-day tasks that include architectural design, project management, integration of BIM Software for documentation and communication, collaboration and coordination with other team members.
You’ll participate in both client and internal meetings and workshops, working alongside other graduates and architects. SITE Project Leaders / Associates and Directors provide continual support and mentoring to develop your skills in design, documentation, overall management and project delivery.
About you
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Architecture,
- Recently registered in WA or other State/Territory or working towards registration,
- Have a minimum of 2 – 5 years experience working in a design focused practice,
- Demonstrated experience in the Design Development, Contract Documentation and delivery of new build and redevelopment of state / local government and education projects,
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Experience in project management including liaising with consultants an integrate their work into consolidated design solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Be Proficient in the use of REVIT, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape,
- Familiarity with local and national building codes and regulations,
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks, simultaneously,
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team,
- Eagerness to be part of a collaborative, respectful and dynamic studio environment with a pursuit of creating meaningful, site specific and deeply local architecture,
- Australian Citizen or Permanent resident available to work in Perth, Western Australia.
