The proposed Rowing Centre is a part of the enhancement of the Swan River frontage to Belmont Park as part of the significant redevelopment by the Golden Group and developed in partnership with Rowing WA. There are proposed rowing boat stores for two clubs with private changeroom, toilet and shower facilities, gym and AV review.
