Project Update: Fremantle College
Fremantle College is a $34m State Government high school project to accommodate the amalgamation of Hamilton SHS with South Fremantle SHS on the existing South Fremantle school site in Beaconsfield. The project included the construction of a significant new building addressing a large grassed promenade at the existing school entry which accommodates a new Performing Arts and Science Centre, 16 General Learning Classrooms and Student Services. Additionally, a major refurbishment of the 50 year old SFSHS buildings was completed to contemporise the existing teaching and learning environments. South-West Independent Living Units
SITE wanted to share these images of a 40 Independent Living Apartment development we have been working on, nestled between the beach and the bush in Dunsborough. The design is an attempt to reflect community aspirations for architecture that is contemporary and welcoming, sensitive to the local community and environment.
