I decided in my mid-twenties to make a career change and since I’ve always had a keen interest in design I enrolled in University to study Architecture. It was the best decision I could have made. Post Occupancy Review: City of Swan Community Buildings

SITE Director Paul Edwards attended a post occupancy review with the City of Swan of buildings SITE has designed over the past 8 years. It was wonderful to see how our work on the Aveley Community Centre, Ballajura Youth Centre, Charlotte’s Vineyard Pavilion, SES Unit Facility and the Swan Caring building is continuing to serve the community, with the buildings being well utilised and in good condition.

Project Update: Golden Bay Sports Pavilion Official Opening

SITE is excited to announce the completion and opening of Golden Bay Sports Pavilion at Rhonda Scarrott Reserve. The facility is the new home of the Secret Harbour Dockers Football and Cricket Club. The simple layout of the pavilion allows for seasonal operation by two diverse clubs while providing a spectacular space for local community events and private functions Golden Bay Sports Pavilion

Project Update: Singleton Sports & Community Centre

The recently completed Singleton Sports & Community Centre at Laurie Stanford Reserve for the City of Rockingham has been officially opened. The new refurbished facility designed by SITE Architecture Studio accommodates seven diverse clubs ranging from Soccer, Bowling and Tennis to Playgroups. The facility replaces and combines existing buildings: The Comet Bay Bowling Club, Singleton Hall and Singleton Community Centre. Master Builders Awards Night 2018

Congratulations to BE Projects for winning the Best Customer Service Award in the Medium Builder category at the Master Builders Bankwest Housing Excellence Awards WA 2018. SITE Director Paul Edwards, along with associates Laura Adams and Will Thomson, attended the Awards with BE Projects. SITE worked with BE Projects on successful delivery of various community and education projects in 2017 including West Leederville Primary School (Department of Education, Building Management and Works), Golden Bay Sports Pavilion, Singleton Sports and Community Centre (City of Rockingham).   Singleton Sports and Community Centre Golden Bay Sports Pavilion  

Project Update: Dayton Community Centre

SITE is pleased to announce that construction has completed for Dayton Community Centre within the City of Swan. The Centre’s design focus is on active functional spaces with amenity and flexibility. The Dayton Community Centre has civic qualities whilst settling amongst its residential surrounds. The materiality reflects the City of Swan’s brand and community through the use of colour and texture. Click below to read more: Dayton Community Centre
