Altone Place Office Alterations and Additions is currently under construction for the City of Swan at Altone Place Leisure Centre. Belmont Park Rowing Centre

The proposed Rowing Centre is a part of the enhancement of the Swan River frontage to Belmont Park as part of the significant redevelopment by the Golden Group and developed in partnership with Rowing WA. There are proposed rowing boat stores for two clubs with private changeroom, toilet and shower facilities, gym and AV review. The centre will also provide public amenity, including public boat storage for the use of local residents, a river walk deck that will link a new Public Open Space and beach to the Belmont Park development, and a waterfront café and function centre. Design Update: Jane Brook Community Centre Concept Design

SITE are thrilled to have been engaged by the City of Swan to present a concept design for a community centre within Jane Brook. The concept takes reference from the site’s location and its surroundings. Our design will enable the City of Swan to provide a business case for council and to secure future funding. Project Update: Aquamotion amenities upgrade works

SITE are excited to announce the completion of refurbishments and upgrade works at Aquamotion Leisure Centre for the City of Wanneroo. The work reflects the City’s commitment to providing residents with access to recreation and leisure aquatic activities including swimming lessons and a heated program pool that contribute to healthy, safe and active lifestyles. The upgraded facilities include male and female change rooms, a universally accessible toilet and a new parents’ room. Project Update: Grandis Park Sports Pavilion

Grandis Park Sports Pavilion includes much-needed change rooms, function hall, kiosk, kitchen, storage, first aid room, and universal access toilet. SITE was engaged for phase one the project to present a concept design and development plan to the City. Our design response was informed by economical construction, low maintenance and sustainability initiatives with the colour scheme in keeping with Banksia Grove. We were successful with phase one and invited to submit to tender for the second phase. SITE was successful with the tender and we were delighted to be awarded the second phase.
