A visit 12 months after Practical Completion of the Ballajura Community Hub for the City of Swan and we were pleased the Precinct looks just as good as the day of handover. Previously presenting a continual maintenance problem for the City, the new Place Hub creates a vibrate community place through the integrated building and landscape design which encourages safety and well-being by discouraging anti-social behaviour.
